Installing ANSICON for colored output in Ruby on Rails tests on Windows

For color coded output on windows within the command prompt you will need to install ANSICON by following the steps below.

Download the latest archive from http://adoxa.altervista.org/ansicon/ and unzip it
Use a cmd prompt and navigate to where you unzipped it.
go into the ‘x64’ or ‘x86’ directory depending on which machine you have – 64bit or 32bit
Run “ansicon.exe –i”
Open a new cmd prompt
